Please pray for my client ---, that God will touch the heart of the judge and show her favor. Also that she will get an accurate diagnosis & the help she needs to rebound from her mistakes. Pray for the young man mentioned in the sermon …that he will be shown God’s favor and forgiveness and for comfort and healing for his family.

Lord, I thank you and praise you for this community. It is quite possible that BSM saved my life. I was going through intense trials when I found this place. I felt so despairingly alone when I came in this sanctuary the first time. As I leave this sanctuary for a time, I feel so much love from this community and so much love for this community. I praise you for them and the opportunity to be with them for these past months.

One of my high school classmates died this week. Out of a class of fewer than 200 people, six have died in less than nine years, I’m sad that so many of them have become strangers to me, but I went to pray for all of them the same. I ask God’s guidance in reconnecting with people I’ve lost touch with, and for his mercy and compassion for all who grieve and who have lost loved ones.
God,
I am trying to be content with your plans for my life, but I am desperate for resolution and relationship.
Give me peace.

He told me that this year there will be no Christmas because of the cholera, because there is no money. Pease pray for all the children who live in Jacmel. Protection from the terrible disease cholera, strength as they go to school hungry and with so much on their minds. Also ask for protection from violence during the upcoming Haitian election and special protection for all the women who are victims of sexual violence. Also for patience and hopefulness for me as I wait w/wringing hands to be rejoined with my ---------------.

I guess that’s why I came.
Tonight, I know I have a meal at home. Maybe someone here doesn’t.

God who loves your children, we offer these prayers to you from the deepest layers of our hearts. We have faith that you have heard our pleas and will care for your people.
