week of 5/22/11

God we come to You with full hearts, some hearts full of blessing and joy, and others heavy with the feeling that hope is hard to find and we’ve got to do this on our own. We believe that You are faithful, that You listen, that You bring about change; and yet we also doubt. Help our unbelief. Hear these our prayers and breathe Your grace into them:

Pray that I get the $60/wk room either in s.w./n.w. phila. Pray for healing from eye surgey--colon surgey and soon hammerfoot surgey where they will put pin in and drill hole.
---------- ---------- Your brother in the Lord

I pray to be strong mentally psyicially, spirtally franically strong and pray for friends and family

Another week--another great message--made me a little sad about the "homesickness" but I'll keep coming back as this is becomming my home
-----------

Please pray that my dear friend Wendy is doing well. I miss her kindness, care, and face. Let her know she is always in my prayers. ------------

For those misguided, may they find truth within themselves.

Lord, seeing other congregations reminds me of the fervent love I felt for this place when I first got here. I was falling in love with You again, not just BSM, but still. I miss feeling that joy. I miss my faith being fed. I am tired. I love You & Your Church but I am tired. Refresh me, Jesus. May I be fed & nourished at Your communion table. Thank You for Your faithfulness.

Please thank God for having hope. Please pray that my sister --------- may have more hope each day!

I pray for peace of mind, spiritual prosperity, emotional prosperity, financial prosperity, gainful & enjoyable employment, love, happiness and the increased ability to recognize my opportunities to be a blessing to others. I pray for my family’s needs & desires as well as those of my friends, the congregation, and the world at large.

Please pray for my husband & me--marriage is so full of challenge & struggle.
Pray also for my stepchildren and my relationship with them--especially my stepson. And, thank you.

Prayers for --------- as she searches for a job.
For my friend ---------- who is searching for meaning in her life.
Thanksgiving for next steps.
The people in Louisiana.

DEAR G-D,
HELP ME, DON’T HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER I GOT, NEED HELP,
THANK YOU,
ME.

May GODS will Guide me in healing & Developing my relationshipos. My I embrace god’s Direction in my life. Amen.

Thank you for your blessings. I am ready to see myself as you see me and accept them.

God, help me to manifest abundance, to flourish.
Help me to find & settle in my personal power. Help me break the bonds of scarcity.

More and more dear Lord may I be Your light Your Hope your Home

for a neighbor who needs love

Say a prayer for those in Japan who still suffer the after effects of the earthquake and tsunami. Offer prayers for those here in this country who lost everything to the tornadoes. Finally, pray for those who live on the flood plain of the Mississippi River who have lost or are in danger of losing all that they own. Surely these are in greater need than I.

Jesus we trust that You are in our midst, working to bring about Your kingdom, through ways that we can’t see, ways that we can’t anticipate. We ask You to open our eyes to Your working, and to our capability to be used by You to bring about the Kingdom of God, in which all people are loved and loving. Help us to react to Your surprises with joy, not fear, and speak hope and life and growth into those parts of our hearts that have forgotten what those things feel like. For You are hope and life and love. Alleluia, Amen.
