Lord, we bring our prayers to You, week after week. And week after week, You hear us. You move in our lives, and work to bring about abundant life and goodness (even if all we see is hardship). You are faithful, and it is in this faithfulness we trust. In faith, we bring these prayers to Your ears:

My pryr is to stop drinking by attending (AA) meeting's an to get myself off the street by prying to god for his help I don't want to live the way I have been liveing anymore. So I am asking for prayer Thank You!

I pray too get off these streets, and back to taking care of my children like use to do. I pray for peace in my heart, soul and mind. I pray for the other homeless in the world that they find peace, and that they also strive for a better relationship with God. I pray for ------------- my girl that she opens up more spiritually and leave all her mistakes in the past and strive for more positive things. In Jesus name I pray.

I met this person once before, I do not remember her name. As I see her tonight she is clearly in need, and chooses to come to me. I have nothing to give her, and I do not have the words to comfort her, I do not know what to do Lord, and I do not understand why I am being chosen to help this woman. Lord, please, I do not know what to do.
Please bring some peace to my friend ----------- whose heart is broken.

Lord god I thank you for the gift of today and for allowing me to be with my Broad Street Family today. I love you & thank you so much for allowing me to find peace in your presence & hope in your love. I pray that you continue to walk with me dear lord. Please help me with my job at ----------------. I need you to help me make it through daily. Please give me a sense of purpose in being there...Thank you Thank you for your grace Amen

Have hope for us and in us when we think we have lost hope--remind us of where hope resides--in You. Make Your presence known to us, and if we must wait silently, help us to cultivate passionate patience. Move in the midst of these situations, create newness, transform us, and comfort us. We praise You for the ways in which You've done this in the past, and we praise You for the ways in which you'll do these things in the future. You are good, so good, to us. Amen.
